Terms and Conditions - Emma Folz Photography

1. Access and Ownership

Lifetime Access: Upon payment, you will receive lifetime access to your personal rodeo photo gallery. This access will allow you to view and download your images at any time.

2. Payment Policy

Invoice Requirement: Access to your personal gallery is contingent upon the full payment of the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive access to the gallery.

3. Usage Rights

Digital Images Only: The photos provided are digital files only. Printing larger than 8x10 inches is not permitted. If you wish to obtain prints larger than 8x10 inches, you must order them through me.
No Alterations: You are not permitted to alter, edit, or modify the images in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping, color adjustments, or adding filters.

4. Printing Policy

Size Limitation: You are allowed to print the images only up to a maximum size of 8x10 inches. For prints larger than this size, please place an order directly with me.

5. Commercial Use

Personal Use Only: The images provided are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Copyright

Ownership: All images remain the property of Emma Folz Photography. The purchase of this gallery does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to you.

7. Liability

Accuracy and Quality: While I strive to provide high-quality images, I am not responsible for any issues related to the quality of prints made by third-party vendors or any discrepancies between the digital images and printed versions.

8. Agreement

Acceptance of Terms: By completing your purchase and accessing the gallery, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the revocation of gallery access and additional legal action.
